During the mentioned period the college has opened six new specialties; the advertising campaign has been successfully carried out, recruitment of solvent student?s contingent has been made, the material base was generated, profitability of the activity was provided, the received profit has allowed to provide development of this higher education institution;

- Estimating psychological climate in 16 educational organizations and creating managers? profiles (administrative and personal);
- Psychological trainings with managers to increase quality of their profiles, especially with those who had low rating;
